Ultimate St. Augustine Basecamp—3BR Home with Hot Tub, Firepit, Billiards, Ping-Pong, Pet-Friendly Yard, and Zero Downtown Traffic Hassles

A very uncomfortable stay. We arrived to 79 degrees. Positive: The location Negative: The beds are uncomfortable they are like futons. It has electrical problems, you can’t run the dryer while the hot tub is on or the breaker flips and the dryer turns off. The hot tub wouldn’t get hot. The bottom stairs bathroom didn’t flush properly. The place doesn’t look anything like the pictures. It wasn’t clean. There was food on the walls in the kitchen. It also smelled like cigarette smoke in when we entered. The pool table is in very poor condition and in a tight very hot porch. There is also mold in the upstairs bedroom.It also stated laundry detergent would be provided and there was none.

Everything was very clean and all of the amenities were as listed. We had a great comfortable time even with a large group!

Miguel was very responsive. We had everything we needed. The home was perfect- clean, well stocked and convenient to everything.

Lovely place, few mishaps but the host was attentive and open to fixing any situation fast. Very close to everything.

Room was great stay. The place is very clean and property provides many amenities. Only issue was the couch cushions have trouble staying on straight but otherwise was a great experience!
